Trinity Meta-PORE stainless steel filter cartridges are the perfect choice for high-temperature and high viscosity applications. Manufactured using a sintered woven wire mesh / Powder media with a higher voids volume. Trinity uses sintered (welded at the intersection) wire mesh / Powder as a standard which produces an extremely strong porous material whose fibers will not shift under stress and whose pore size integrity is continually maintained. The mesh diameter is optimized to give a higher open area resulting in higher dirt holding capacity. Produced with SS 304L or SS 316L sintered media offers excellent reliability for critical applications.
Manufactured in three distinct categories for extended cartridge life and more dirt holding capacity. All welded construction gives Meta-PORE cartridges the highest mechanical strength. The cartridges are designed for reusable applications thereby eliminating frequent cartridge change out. An optional pleat protector is available to prevent denting and damage to the pleated surface.
