TRINITY CHARGE-PLUS Lenticular Filters are specifically formulated to meet the performance demands of biopharmaceutical & critical industrial process needs. The filter media utilizes two different mechanisms of particulate and organism capture: 1) Mechanical retention to capture large particulate matter, and 2) Electro-kinetic adsorption (Positive Zeta Potential) to capture micro-organisms, colloids, and sub-micron particles.
The Charge-Plus proprietary formulation process produces filter media with exceptionally high, effective filtration area that provides superior particle retention, high contaminant holding capacity, and long on-stream filter life. Manufactured with stringent in-process control methods assuring consistent filtration quality and high purity conforming to pharmaceutical standards. TRINITY CHARGE-PLUS Bio Series modules are manufactured in accordance with Drug Master File (DMF) guidelines on record at the National Centre for Drugs and Biologics assuring complete product control and traceability.
