People are our most valuable asset. Our mission is to attract the best talent into Trinity to develop its potential through relevant and effective training, to retain it and to provide opportunities for nurturing it.
We carefully select employees, through a multi-stage hiring process, which evaluates their functional skills and behavioral competencies.
Trinity employees go through a scheduled training programme that includes technical and commercial aspects of business. We also employ external faculty on a case to case basis on a continuous basis. Employees are carefully screened for training needs. Cross functional training with the objective of multi-skilling employees is a priority area at Trinity.
Trinity Filtration Technologies will adopt the latest technologies available in the filtration and water treatment segments.
"Failing doesn't make you a failure. Giving up, accepting your failure, refusing to try again does!" - Richard Exley.
Trinity provides employees with a challenging work environment. We encourage employees to take risks, explore new avenues and make decisions. We believe that there cannot be a real freedom without the freedom to fail. While success is suitably rewarded, we are tolerant towards employees who take risk and fail in their challenges and encourage them to look at areas that have led to failures and correct them. Our policies are guided by a simple principle : "Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently." - Henry Ford.
Trinity follows an objective, transparent and largely quantified performance evaluation system for employees. Merit and performance are the sole criteria for dispensing rewards.
